Our Stables Restaurant (that's the one that has the gorgeous views of the golf course and Sky Sports on the TV in the bar) is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to help in the daily running of the Resturant and Bar.

It's fast paced, challenging and above all, five star so previous experience of deputising for the manager in a busy outlet is essential as you will be expected to lead, train and develop and advise the team on all aspects of service.

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION

 

Essential

GCSE Level D (or equivalent) written and spoken English & maths

A flexible attitude

Previous supervisory experience in a similar food and beverage operation

Demonstrable leadership & organisational skills

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

 

Desirable:

Train the Trainer Certificate

Previous experience of working with budgets and forecasting

WSET qualifications or equivalent

Up to Degree level education or equivalent
