To maintain the 5* cleanliness standards our prestigious hotel, we’re in need of a Public Area Cleaner to support our busy team in keeping our public areas (lobbies, corridors, rest rooms) immaculate. We see the role of our house keeping team as vital to our success, as our guests have always had high expectations for their time with us but at the current time it’s more important than ever that they feel safe.
You’ll need to take pride in making our environment sparkle, show great care to customers belongings and support any guest requests (escalating things where needed).
Whilst the majority of your time will be spent with your team and colleagues, customer service skills are also important, so you can feel confident if approached by a guest.
In order to be successful for the role, you must have good conversational English skills.
