Being a Chef De Partie in our kitchen means having responsibility for delivering knock out, eye wateringly beautiful dishes every single day. It’s quite a challenge, especially when you are operating to the high standards required of a 5 star hotel and following the rules of health and safety at all times. For an ambitious and tenacious chef, who’s keen to develop and grow, it’s an amazing opportunity to soak up the experience of working for a leading Mayfair hotel.
You’ll need to come with plenty of experience, an eye for detail and a great command of classic culinary techniques. You’ll work clean and fast, preparing dishes from scratch and providing our diners with taste explosions that will see them returning time and time again. Have the experience and be able to jump around the kitchens different sections when required and assist in the daily shift supervision of junior chefs.
