Joining us as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll be surrounded by determined and imaginative chefs, brimming with artistic flair and expert techniques, who’ll welcome you into the kitchen and show you the ropes.
We’ll need you to come with solid experience, a desire for perfection and a good command of classic culinary techniques. You’ll work clean and fast, preparing dishes from scratch and providing our diners with taste explosions that will see them returning time and time again.
The Athenaeum is located in the heart of Mayfair, with stunning views across Green Park opposite. Shrouded in Art Deco beauty, the hotel radiates elegance and the opulence that you would expect for an independent 5* hotel. Our hotel also boasts a great partnership with restauranteurs, Galvin, who serve up sumptuous food from the property.
