Night Auditor

Night Auditor

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Nights team here at The Runnymede on Thames. As the Night Auditor you will be supporting the Night Manager and Assistant Night Manager, with your key responsibilities being:  

  • Greeting guests upon arrival, checking them in and providing them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
  • Audit and balance reports from the day shifts
  • Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
  • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
  • Balance cash drawers and record receipts
  • The collection of all accounts receivable for currently registered guests
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all financial information and gathering all needed paperwork to complete the audit

The ideal candidate will need to be genuinely hospitable and efficient when dealing with guests’ requests and queries, able to handle situations in a friendly and professional manner whilst maintaining a high level of customer service at all times, have good communication and leadership skills whilst previous experience at a similar level in a Front Office role would be preferable. Knowledge of the Opera system would be a bonus but full training will be given.
