The Grove's smallest, most exquisite and exclusive restaurant, Colette's, is looking for a Demi Chef to join the team who have maintained three AA rosettes in recognition of their fabulous cuisine and high service standards. Colette's was also a finalist in the prestigious Notable Wine List Award. As a formal fine dining restaurant (albeit with an informal atmosphere and not a tiara in sight), Colette's opens every evening between Tuesday and Saturday, and for special events over the weekend, meaning that the role involves primarily late shifts and that the need for flexibility is paramount.
This is a full-time opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis and develop your career in a 3AA rosette kitchen, working with our talented and award winning Head Chef, Russell Bateman.
