Maintenance Coordinator

Contract Type: Full Time

Salary: £25,500 per annum plus hotel benefits

Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance team, who are responsible for keeping the hotel in 5* condition, are looking for a Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day running of the department.

This is a full time, office based position, providing full admin support for the team so it is essential that you have had previous experience of an administration role.


  • To provide full administrative support to the Maintenance team, including producing departmental schedules, timesheets and holiday requests

  • To monitor and allocate maintenance jobs via the maintenance reporting system ensuring they are completed in a timely manner

  • To ensure all relevant documentation is kept up to date

  • To co-ordinate and plan all contracted service visits and ensure reports are actioned

  • To act as the interface with other departments concerning the co-ordination of maintenance jobs

  • To raise Purchase Orders via the company’s Adaco purchasing system

  • To ensure that all departmental Flow training is monitored and kept up to date

  • To be responsible for the ordering of stationery requirements when necessary

  • To work within all company policies with specific reference to the Health and Safety at Work Act



  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent PC skills/knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, eg Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Flexible attitude, polite and approachable
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment

  • Experience of working in hospitality
  • Experience of working in a maintenance department
