Guest Services Supervisor

As a Guest Services Supervisor in our Front of House department you will be responsible for: 

  1. To take responsibility for the day to day running of the department in the absence of the Manager.  
  2. To understand and monitor all costs within the department and increase revenue where possible, whilst handling all monies in line with company procedures. 

  3. To train and monitor allocated staff to maintain standards and consistency of delivery as directed within the law.

  4. To liaise with all relevant contacts both internal and external and using information available; plan the preparation of future shift, to the required standard, ensuring guest satisfaction.

The Guest Services Supervisor will work with a dedicated and passionate Front of House team and will report directly to the Front Office Manager. You will be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
