Back of House Supervisor

We are looking for a Back of House Supervisor help ensure the efficient operation of all back of house areas, making sure they are maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic manner and supervising the work of our tema of Kitchen Porters.

Good communication with all areas of the hotel is essential, as is the need to be flexible with hours to support the business levels in busy periods.

Previous supervisory experience is a benefit as responsibilities for the role will include training, planning the rota and managing the team. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail and is passionate about maintaining high standards.

This is a full time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
