Your working environment?

This role will be based at a residential development located in Fitzrovia. Consisting of 289 residential units. The development circles a stunning landscaped courtyard and includes commercial office units and a restored Grade II Chapel. The development is located a short distance away from Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street tube stations. 

What makes a brilliant Rendall & Rittner Facilities Manager?

  • you’ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
  • you’ll have experience of managing the permit to work process and monitoring and signing off works after checks
  • you’ll have experience managing staff and relevant employment related issues.
  • you’ll have managed M&E systems and overseen major works
  • you’ll will conduct weekly maintenance checks and proactively resolve minor works.
  • you’ll manage the annual HIU servicing with individual apartments.
  • you have overseen external contractors and property maintenance.
  • you’ll have successfully worked with a variety of contractors, completing permits to work and checking quality.
  • you’ll lead on M&E projects and provide technical advice.
  • you have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems
  • your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
  • you’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others
