WHAT YOU DO MATTERS…

Reporting to the Senior CRM Executive, the CRM Executive is responsible for briefing and executing the CRM marketing plan ensuring relevant communications are sent to customers with a view to continually improve personalisation.

In this role you will:       

  • Assisting the Senior CRM Executive with CRM planning
  • Briefing and execution of marketing messages via email, push, site and any other relevant channels
  • Educate key stakeholders about customer segmentation

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Work with stakeholders to plan the CRM calendar understanding customer, product, trading and brand requirements
  • Produce relevant communications for customers
  • Own execution of AB and multivariate testing
  • Manage QA and sign off process of marketing campaigns
  • Working with CRM Executive to understand segmentation and personalisation strategies to incorporate into CRM calendar
  • Support the CRM Developers with tasks associated with the maintenance of templates within the CRM solution and the creation of HTML content for new triggers that support the CRM strategy.
  • Manage Intl. CRM calendar with focus on US and Netherlands

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

  • Use insight to monitor performance of campaigns and segments, optimising where actionable
  • Support the creation of monthly reporting packs and present these back to key stakeholders, making recommendations on future audience selections and content.

INDUSTRY

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, competitor activity, innovations and opportunities within the CRM marketing space to inform future activity.

Skills & Abilities:   

  • Previous CRM marketing experience in a B2C environment.
  • Hands on experience working with a major ESP and/or CRM platform (Responsys desirable but not essential).
  • Works autonomously, is highly organised and encompasses an ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and provide support to others.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly.
