Interim Safety and Loss Adminstrator

WHAT YOU DO MATTERS… 

Sitting within the safety and lost department and reporting into the Safety and Loss Programs Manager, this role will cover the administration of maintenance issues which pose a significant fire risk to the business.

WE KNOW WHAT WE’RE DOING… and we know exactly what experience we’re looking for!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Using the Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) records to identify failed questions that require action by our maintenance department
  • Making a work request on our maintenance department work management system
  • Monitoring the work in progress and identify the work that has been completing
  • Updating the FRA system to show the action has been completed

WE KNOW WHAT WE’RE DOING… and we know exactly what experience we’re looking for!

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • Close attention to detail
  • Familiar with using web based record systems
  • Quick and accurate at data entry
  • Confident using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with maintenance or Fire Safety would be an advantage but is not essential.
