WHAT YOU DO MATTERS…

Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, the CRM Data Planner is responsible for personalised multi-channel marketing programmes. Building audiences for relevant customer experiences resulting in improved satisfaction and increased profitability. The CRM platforms and audience discovery will be the core area of focus for this role.

In this role you will:       

  • Assist the Senior CRM Manager with customer strategy development inline and outside of the business calendar
  • Customer segmentation and campaign set up
  • Educate key stakeholders about customer segmentation via manual selection, machine learning and AI
  • Analyse campaign and programme performance
  • Continuously optimise in line with KPIs

Your responsibilities will include:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Support Senior CRM Manager with the delivery of customer focussed marketing campaigns
  • Daily management of customer marketing experiences ensuring these are relevant and optimised for the individual/segment
  • Optimise lifecycle journeys across channels incl email, push, social etc
  • Implement relevant triggers and automations in line with customer strategy
  • Support team with marketing calendar and BAU campaign execution where necessary

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

  • Use insight to monitor performance of campaigns and segments, optimising where actionable
  • Create monthly and seasonal reporting packs and present these back to key stakeholders, making recommendations on future audience selections and content

INDUSTRY

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, competitor activity, innovations and opportunities within the CRM marketing space to inform future activity.

Skills & Abilities:   

  • Previous CRM marketing experience in a B2C environment.
  • Hands on experience working with a major ESP and/or CRM platform (Responsys and Optimove desirable but not essential).
  • Works autonomously, is highly organised and encompasses an ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and provide support to others.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly.
