CRM System Implementation Project Manager


Location- London (Flexible)

Fixed Term- 6 months

Do you have experience in Project Management?

We are looking for an experienced and engaging Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Project Manager here at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS). You will help complete and co-ordinate implementation of a new CRM system and associated change management.  You will have the ability and enthusiasm to join a project already started, collaborate with a wide range of teams across RPS and external contractors all committed to the successful delivery of this project.

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Project Manager Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years project management experience
  • Experience of successfully managing a project involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of successfully managing complex projects with multiple third-party suppliers
  • Excellent verbal communication including presentation skills
  • Project management qualification e.g. Certified Scrum Master, APM
  • Project management techniques including Agile PM, Scrum, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Kanban
  • Use of relevant IT programmes to create detailed project plans and reports
  • Excellent organisational skills and managing deadlines
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience of successfully managing change
  • Excellent written skills particularly report writing

The Team

You will be working with different teams across the Royal Pharmaceutical Society including our membership, support and marketing teams who use our CRM system and technical teams who are helping to build functionality required.

How we are currently working

We continue to support our employees to work flexibly and from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. When our office re-opens, there is an expectation for this role to attend the London office on occasions where there is a need to do so; otherwise, the majority of the role can be done at home or at one of our offices.
