Salary £29,538 - £30,736 per annum
(*Salary includes £3000 Market Supplement, starting salary subject to qualification)
40 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We are seeking a Residential Waking Night Support Worker to join our residential team, based in Pembrokeshire/Carmarthenshire. This role is responsible for promoting and ensuring the safety, care, well-being, and comfort of students throughout the night, supporting their individual needs within a residential and educational setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will provide reassurance, practical support, and supervision during night-time hours, helping students to feel safe, settled, and supported while contributing to positive outcomes and maintaining a nurturing residential environment.
