 We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join the executive support and administration team, based from Ruskin Mill, Nailsworth, to work with the Founder and Executive Chair, Co-CEO and wider executive support teams. With the Trust rapidly growing in size, this is an exciting time to join us and become part of our team.

You will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be able to demonstrate proficient IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as being organised, effective and efficient.

Key elements of the roles are:

  • note taking, minute taking, dictation and production of presentations
  • email and diary management ensuring professional and appropriate communications and deadlines are met
  • arranging and co-ordinating meetings and events acting as a host for visitors to the Trust as required
  • arranging national and international travel

A flexible approach to work is essential; some evenings, weekends and overnight stays may be a requirement of this role (with appropriate notice).
