Residential Support Worker

Actual Salary for 40 hours, 37 weeks £21,302 - £22,904

(FTE £26,103- £28,065 per annum 40 hours, 52 weeks)

 Starting salary is subject to qualifications

(This salary includes a market supplement for Residential Support Workers)

After further completion of relevant RMT courses and increased length of service there is a potential to earn up to £32,310 (FTE)

Sleep-ins paid at an extra £78.48 per night 

(This equates to approximately £3,500 additional payment when working 1 sleep-in shift per week)

Applicants who apply for this role at the current time will receive a Welcome Bonus of £1500 (subject to Tax/NI) after successful completion of their 6-month probation period

Bydd ymgeiswyr sy’n cynnig am y rôl hon yn derbyn Bonus Croesawu o £1500 (fydd yn destun Treth/YG) ar ôl cwblhau eu cyfnod prawf o 6 mis yn llwyddiannus
