We are seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our residential team, based in Carmarthenshire. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within a residential and educational setting, ensuring students’ holistic needs, well-being, and development are met.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will support students in building independence, confidence, and life skills across home, college, and community environments. The role also involves maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, promoting positive outcomes, and contributing to the overall quality of care and support within the residential provision.
