We have an exciting opportunity for a Careers, Work Experience and Transitions Coordinator to join the team at Grace Garden School, Bristol. They will be responsible for arranging and monitoring enrichment opportunities (including volunteering and work experience) and transitions pathways based on the pupils needs.
