Sunfield Specialist School and Children’s Home is located in the beautiful Clent Hills, West Midlands.

Sunfield provides innovative and experiential education, developed out of the inspiration of Rudolf Steiner, William Morris and John Ruskin and supports young people (6 – 19 years) with complex learning needs, including autism and PDA.

Night Residential Support Workers - Children  

40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary (FTE) £26,886 - £27,717 per annum subject to qualifications

(This salary includes a market supplement for Residential Support Workers)

This role includes a Welcome Bonus of £1500 (subject to Tax/NI) after successful completion of the 6-month probation period.

We are looking to appoint Night Residential Support Workers to work closely with children, helping them to feel safe, respected, confident and capable of achieving their best. The successful candidate will have a great character and a desire to make a positive impact on young children’s lives.
