Assessor/Trainer (Biodynamics Growing Land Growing People)
20 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year
FTE £31,547 - £32,900 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
Pro rata’d salary payable £15,773 - £16,450 per annum
Based at The Field Centre in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire but may be subject to travel as and when required.
We are looking to recruit an Assessor/Trainer to train and assess our learners’ performance and related knowledge in a range of tasks and to ensure that the competence and/or knowledge demonstrated meets the requirements of the assessment.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience the assessment of vocational or occupational achievement to predetermined criteria and hold (or be prepared to work towards) a Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent.
A graduate of Ruskin Mill’s Growing the Land, Growing People course (endorsed by the Biodynamic Association) would be an advantage.
Interviews will be held at The Field Centre, Nailsworth on Monday 6th January 2025
