Colleague Communications Consultant - 12mths FTC

Colleague Communications Consultant - Fixed Term 12 months, Edinburgh

Basic salary around £33k-£40k dependent on knowledge, skills and experience - plus competitive benefits and a great working environment

 

In this role you’ll support the Change Communications Manager with the governance, design and delivery of the Bank’s growing change agenda. If you’ve experience in delivering complex internal communications and change projects, a results driven approach, and love working in a fast paced and continually changing environment, this is a great role for you.

 

You’ll:

 

  • support the delivery of the Bank’s change agenda via effective communications to a diverse range of colleagues – Bank, Sainsbury’s Group and partners
  • lead communications projects to meet business, project, leader and colleague requirements
  • work with key stakeholders to define and design overall change communications
  • write and deliver content for a range of communications using appropriate channels
  • support leadership communications
  • provide communication advice and support to key stakeholders
  • manage the delivery of engagement activities within the change agenda, including offsite events and team building
  • measure the success of communications and make recommendations for improvement

 

You’ll bring:

 

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively with anyone in any environment, able to translate complex / technical issues for different audiences
  • experience delivering complex internal communications and engagement change projects, including organisation restructures and changes in ways of working
  • great planning and organisation skills, able to effectively prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines, competing objectives and work under pressure
  • effective stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • sound colleague communications channels and infrastructure management skills
  • proven track record of working on own initiative
  • analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • an excellent team player, with the ability to work closely with others to deliver results
  • the ability to think and reason logically
  • experience of working in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
