We’re looking for a Head of Homelessness. This is a new and important role for us.

We’re an award winning and growing charity, with a national reach and an ambition to help everyone in our community flourish. Our community is already 2,000 people strong, 700 colleagues whom we employ and 1300 people that we support every day.

Everybody says that they want to end homelessness, but the numbers are going the wrong way so we’re looking for an experienced leader with the drive to design and deliver innovative services, including remodelling and reshaping existing services, so we can be of more help in homeless prevention and resettlement.

We need someone to provide excellent leadership, sector expertise, direction and effective operational oversight in shaping and growing SJOG’s homeless prevention plans across the UK, and that means that you will need to have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the implications of local government issues, legislation and statutory obligations, which affect homeless services.

We are ambitious for the people that we are here to support, we do cutting edge work and have an ambition to be exceptional in the outcomes we achieve.

Come and help us?
