Team Leader - Liverpool

We are excited to be recruiting for a suitably qualified Team Leader to support in the management of our bespoke domiciliary care service in Liverpool.  This service provides support to a small group of older Sisters with a small staff team   We are looking for someone who is flexible and who has a passion to deliver quality care within individual’s own homes. 

The Team Leader will have responsibility to support the manager of the service and the team in such a way that the ethos of the community is promoted by working in partnership with the community leader and Sisters. We strive to provide a high quality and holistic service for the Sisters, so that they can live an independent and dignified life.

As well as supporting the Sisters the successful candidate will have responsibly to work with service manager oversee the prayer enrollment within the home

 Do you have:

  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of prayer enrollment and working with a religious order
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent in management or willing to attain within a set timescale
  • An understanding in compliance of CQC regulations, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults and Health & Safety regulations
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Experience of electronic care management systems
