SJOG are looking for an experienced Deputy Service Manager to join Fairfields our recently relocated smart-home based in Stockton.

At Fairfields our vision is to provide our residents with the potential and support to live the life they choose. This is achieved via our Autism Practice Model in alignment with good practice and national guidance. Our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, and we are thrilled to achieve Good and Outstanding across all our venues.

We specialise in positive behaviour support and are seeking a Deputy who can join our existing management structure to carry on this practice. You would focus on providing an outcome-based service, with person centred active support at its core.
Day-to-day duties would include the management and leadership of the team and the running of the residential in the Service Manager’s absence.

We are looking to recruit two part time Support Workers to provide support and assistant for complexed care supported living. 

Working 21 hours per week, there will be the requirement to also do regular sleep ins providing caring for a gentleman with learning disabilities and complex needs who requires support with daily living which includes, cooking, cleaning, shopping and going out in the community on activities.  He likes the cinema, swimming and is willing to try new activities.
