Overview:
We are looking for detail oriented and task focused professionals to join our team in providing support to adult survivors of human trafficking and modern-day slavery in the North West.
The role will consist of managing a caseload of 15 to 18 clients in their recovery journey and supporting them with their recovery needs. All our Outreach clients live independently (this is not an accommodation-based role), but still require remote assistance accessing mental health services, legal representation, medical treatment, as well as signposting and referring them to community organisations.
