What is this programme ? This is a full time position working within our Sales Development Team whilst studying towards a degree. The degree is a work based programme designed to provide essential knowledge, understanding and skills required to operate effectively and successfully in a sales role. It allows you to combine workplace learning opportunities with theoretical knowledge gained through formal classes. The programme offers a highly practical approach to learning that is immediately applicable to workplace situations.

How does it work ? You will join us prior to the start of your degree to become familiar with the way we work. On commencement of the course, you will spend 15 days at University during the academic year, with additional study on the job and an element of personal study. The remainder of your time will be spent working in our offices in Cheadle, Cheshire.

You’ll follow a structured curriculum set by the Leeds Trinity University in conjunction with Consalia, a global sales organisation and business led education provider. During the course you will spend 15 days per year at the University with the remainder of your working time forming part of our Sales Team.
