Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator - Part Time

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and recruitment? We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our team at SPS.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will play a vital role in managing our social media presence and creating engaging content that attracts top talent.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to support recruitment goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Design, implement, and manage recruitment ad campaigns.
  • Analyse the performance of social media adverts and optimise campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Generate compelling and creative content, including graphics, images, infographics, and videos.
  • Audience Analysis: Understand the demographics, interests, and behaviours of the target audience to tailor content accordingly.
  • Content Calendar: Plan and schedule content to ensure a consistent posting frequency and to align with key dates and events.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone of voice and recruitment objectives.
  • Cultivate and nurture a vibrant online community, encouraging active participation and fostering meaningful connections with our audience.

The position requires a total of 19 hours per week, with flexible days and times available for the right candidate.

Knowledge and qualifications:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising, including ad creation and performance analysis.
