Are you a night owl with a passion for driving? We are looking for friendly & cheerful Trainee & Qualified Night and Twilights Drivers to join our team. As a Bus/Coach Driver, you will be responsible for operating our buses to and from the Hinkley Point C construction project, providing exceptional customer service by ensuring passengers have a comfortable and safe journey. Excellent pay of up to £15.87 per hour plus a 10% shift premium (between 2200hrs – 0600hrs) and we provide fully paid training!
Full and part-time shifts available.
Nights - (shifts range between 1500hrs – 0630hrs)
Twilights -(shifts range between 1100hrs – Midnight)
A summary of benefits:
- Qualified: Pay £13.84 per hour increasing to £14.21 after 6 months and £15.87 after 12 months (& completion of Level 2 Customer Service course)
- Trainee: Pay £12 per hour during training period (approx. 3 to 4 weeks)
- 10% night shift premium (between 2200hrs - 0600hrs)
- 25% overtime and weekend premium

About you:
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have a full UK licence which you have held for a minimum of 24 months
- Have fantastic customer service and people skills
- Can be flexible with working hours
Please note - All employees must be willing to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and obtain a DBS certificate. This standard is designed to provide a level of assurance as to the honesty, integrity and values of individuals who are required to work at a Nuclear Licenced Site, or who may have access to sensitive nuclear information.
