Overview:
Join our team as a Bus/Coach Driver for the significant Hinkley Point C project, helping transport the workforce for this vital infrastructure initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport workers from local areas to the construction site.
- This is a 24/7 project, so we have shifts starting from as early as 3am through to night shifts.
- Receive ongoing support and training from our expert Driver Trainers.
Pay and Benefits:
- Qualified Drivers: £13.84/hr (increasing to £14.21 after 6 months and £15.87 after 12 months with Level 2 Customer Service course completion).
- Trainee Drivers: £12/hr during a 3-4 week training period.
- 10% night shift premium (2200-0600hrs), plus 25% overtime/weekend premium.
- 5% contributory pension (matched).

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 24 months.
