Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed-term full time Nursery Nurse to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual childcare for all children in our small, friendly on-site nursery. The successful candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
We will also consider candidates at Level 2 Early Years and/or working towards Level 3 (terms and conditions to be amended as appropriate).
You will liaise with nursery staff, parents, Ofsted, SENCO specialists and Early Years advisors. You will be responsible to the Nursery Manager.
This is a fixed-term full-time post for a period of at least 12 months, to start from August 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who reacts well under pressure and is able to respond effectively to emergencies or other incidents. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work confidentially, courteously, calmly and discreetly under pressure and have previous experience in customer-facing or service roles.
To have joint responsibility for providing an overnight security and reception service on weekend nights, operating the telephone switchboard, monitoring college security CCTV system, fire alarm systems, responding expeditiously and effectively in dealing with them and dealing initially with all incidents relating to members of the College.
