Salary: £22,738 - £27,174 per annum. This role benefits from an Outer London Allowance of £1,822 per annum.

Contract Hours: 37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Family Centre service within Spurgeons Children Charity, supporting families & children 0-11 years across Elmbridge.

Duties include:

  • Supporting families and children 1-1 and in group sessions, in their homes, schools and community venues.
  • Understanding the lived experience of the child and assessing their needs to promote effective change.
  • Working with internal and external colleagues to develop and co-ordinate support plans.
  • To work with EHA processes where required.
  • Facilitating and delivering support programmes to targeted families.
  • Case management, including reporting and recording and liaising with other agencies, colleagues and line managers where appropriate.
  • Identifying innovative ways to engage with families.

  • A car driver with access to your own vehicle daily
