About the Role

We have a passionate commitment to our young people, placing them at the centre of everything we do and as the homes Manager; you will be a key player in building and extending this commitment.

You will lead and support a team; Team Leader, 8 Practitioners, 2 waking nights, Therapeutic Support Worker who are all committed to transforming lives and creating positive outcomes.

Applicants should have

  • Desirable - Degree in Social Work/DipSW or other level 3/5 qualification relevant to working with children.
  • At least 3 years’ experience of working with children/young people in a residential setting.
  • Proven experience of effectively managing, motivating and supervising staff.
  • Good working knowledge of Regulations and Safeguarding Procedures.
  • A passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for young people.
  • Excellent leadership and staff management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound business awareness and a flair for promoting the service.
  • Flexibility, drive and resilience.
