Stagecoach South runs around 500 vehicles from 8 locations throughout Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey, predominantly on commercial bus services, but we also operate contract services for Councils, Education establishments and large local employers as well as a number of special event services

 

We have some exciting growth and development plans and we are looking for a pro-active, experienced and ambitious individual to join the Company’s senior management team in the role of Customer Services Director.

 

The role:

Your overall objective is to ensure that Stagecoach South is able to deliver its products and services in a way which is truly focussed on the needs of the Customer and contributes positively to the overall objectives of the business

 

To achieve this you will...........

 

.....Specify and plan the delivery of our network of services across the business to ensure that all financial targets and customer KPIs are delivered in a timely and sustainable fashion

.....Lead, develop and implement a customer service strategy for the business which is clearly aligned with the brand values and behaviours of Stagecoach UK Bus 

.....Lead the creation and implementation of sales and marketing plans which support our drive to deliver sustainable and profitable top line growth

.....Use clear, logical analysis and research to devise and implement a pricing strategy for the business which can grow yields and attract incremental passenger volume

.....Devise and develop business cases for investment in people and resources which support the delivery of the annual budget and three year strategic plan for the business

.....Develop the sales channel strategy for the business ensuring maximum benefit from an optimal mix of online and offline channels
