Hours: Various shifts available Satursday 10am-6pm, Sunday 12pm-8pm or Monday, Thursday and Friday 6pm-10pm or Tuesday, Wednesday 6pm-10pm and Thursday 5pm-9pm

Salary: £8,236.80 FTE £16,016

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic people to join our legal call centre. You will have an exceptional telephone manner to deliver excellent customer service to new and prospective clients. About the Roles

We have 3 shifts available:

Friday 5pm-9pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm

Monday, Thursday and Friday 6pm-10pm

Tuesday, Wednesday 6pm-10pm and Thursday 5pm-9pm

Please note that with this role, you will be working bank and public holidays

Responsible for dealing with new legal helpline enquiries and giving basic legal advice over the telephone, and identifying the options of how to proceed, which may include consideration of policy cover under the legal expenses insurance policies in our Out of Hours Service (weekdays after 5pm, and weekends subject to shift patterns e.g. 9am-5pm, 11am-7pm).

To offer excellent customer service on all calls and proactively ensure that enquiries are processed in the correct manner in accordance with service level agreements.

Full training is provided on how to provide telephone legal advice and that the legal helpline role gives a fantastic grounding in the technique of providing legal advice and management of client expectations.


About you

As a helpline advisor you will be able to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and professional manner and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service whilst working in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent call control skills. Having legal experience isn’t necessary for this role, as full training will be provided.
