The Advertising department at The Telegraph are seeking a new Personal Assistant, required to provide support to the Directors of Advertising and ensure the smooth running of the Commercial department.

You will have prior experience in a PA capacity, ideally at an advertising agency or the commercial department of a media owner like The Telegraph, and should be used to a fast moving and occasionally pressurised environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Gate-keep for senior directors
  • Ensure senior directors' diaries are up to date and accurate
  • Meet and greet guests for senior directors
  • Book UK and international travel for senior directors and Advertising Team
  • Liaise with HR, IT and Services dept with regards to requirements for the senior directors
  • Process expenses for senior directors
  • Arrange internal and external meetings
  • Liaise with clients/agency PAs to arrange meetings/lunches/dinners
  • Produce documents such as itineraries and presentations for senior directors
  • Gain insight for senior directors from commercial dept

  • Previous PA experience is essential
