Working in our busy marketing and online team at the head office in Amersham, you will be responsible for the design output for our company.  The objective is to produce visually compelling work for our all our retail and online channels. 

You will be proactive, driven, hard-working, organised and level headed.  You will have exceptional attention to detail.  To support a small and busy creative team, you will have lots of opportunities to enhance the design, bringing creative concepts to life and produce high-quality production ready artwork for print and digital.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the retail and online teams. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Creating on brand, aesthetically pleasing and functional visual designs that support the business objectives across all our channels and markets.
  • Ensuring all graphics, logos and artwork adheres to the appropriate brand guidelines.
  • Managing different streams of work to meet a range of deadlines. Manage your own workload within agreed timescales - communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulating design rationale and confidently presenting visual design work to all levels of the business.
  • Critiquing the marketing assets and suggesting improvements.
  • Act as brand guardian.


Skills and Experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a design role.
  • Graphic Design experience gained within a toy, retail or agency background is preferred although not essential with the role. 
  • A thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign packages) is vital.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong visual & creative skills, able to deliver high-quality work with great attention to detail.

  • Excellent organisational skills and experience in delivering multiple projects from concept to completion
  • Able to demonstrate a range of successful projects from concept to completion.
  • Knowledge of the printing process and setting up artwork for print.
