Working within the IT Operations Team, your main objective will be to ensure that all of the business IT systems are monitored. This will include responsibility for the identification of interface errors and IT batch processing failures, managing these issues through to resolution.
You will be an experienced support person with a sound understanding of retail IT landscapes and a good understanding of retail business processes.
The role will require out of hours shift work, initially covering 6 am to 10 pm but evolving over time to 24-hour cover.
