Assisting with the care of students and helping to build mutually beneficial relationships within both educational and residential settings, you'll play an essential role in supporting our children and young people with the development of their social, educational and emotional abilities as they progress into maturity. You will assist with on-site activities, leisure trips and off-site group events. Ideally you will have previous relevant (SEN) experience, including autism and complex needs in a similar organisation and/or relevant qualifications (QCF/NVQ Level 3).
If you have an interest and motivation we will support you to develop your qualifications, skills and knowledge and for some, your career in Care or work with Children and Young people.
