Would you like to make a difference in the life of a very sociable young lady who has just taken a huge step in her life? She has recently moved to a house with a garden that she has wanted for a long time and is looking for one more male or female PA who is enthusiastic, committed and will take time to understand her.

Her staff need to be able to keep calm when situations get a bit fraught and this can happen at times when she is anxious and feels vulnerable. Although it is a very exciting time, this life changing transition is a big adjustment for her and brings with it the need to feel safe. Staff will need to be resilient and work together using a structure and approach to help her feel confident and safe; it will also be a time that requires patience and understanding from the team.  Staff will need to help her enjoy her life and connect with her community especially in her new neighbourhood.

You would be working in a small, friendly team and will build a relationship with the lady and her family.
