About this opportunity
She says:
“I am a woman in my early 50's who needs support with my daily living such as meal preparation, assistance getting ready for the day, etc. I enjoy swimming. This helps me with my day-to-day pain management. I also like to get outside for fresh air which is supportive of positive mental health.
I prefer my team to drive and have a car as I have use of disabled badge. I am willing to subsidise fuel costs in accordance with Thistle expenses criteria (40p/mile) and for any costs to insurance changes that apply as they must have business insurance.
My shift patterns are primarily in the morning for a few hours, but on the days I go shopping or swimming, I have afternoon support in place. I prefer to have variety from my team in that they do not support me one day after another as I feel this will be overwhelming for myself as well as my team.
I like to use the hours I have productively but need a stable team around my so that I can meet my outcomes that I set myself going forward in my life to the best of my ability with my teams support.”
