About this opportunity
We are currently looking for couple of male or female personal assistants to become part of the team supporting a young man in his twenties.
This young man requires a consistent approach from his team, in terms of support and structure to allow him to develop and benefit from a wide range of positive life experiences and to reduce situations that might bring about feelings of anxiety whereby this young man can communicate using behaviour that can challenge the team.
Experience in working with people with complex needs and Epilepsy awareness would be preferred but is not essential because Thistle provides outstanding training.
If you have excellent communication skills, are creative, kind, understanding and able to develop positive relationships then this could be the perfect role for you.
