A young lady that we support is at a new stage in her life. She is in the first phase of moving to her own home and is looking for a lovely female* staff to join her team and to support her through this exciting time.

She is very sociable and enthusiastic and it is really important that she has a regular and structured routine.  She loves going out to discos, loves dancing, enjoys the cinema, cafes, meals and hot chocolate is a real favourite. Her phone is really important to her as is going to work in the kitchen and also attending drama. Both are held at Garvald.

If you would like to be a part of making this a good experience and being part of this exciting transition we would love you to get in touch. Hours can be discussed at the interview stage, but there are vacancies for one part time permanent position.

  • Up to 20 hours, 1-2 sleepovers weekly  

As this is a new service the shift pattern is still to be determined but it could look like, for example,

3.30pm -10pm followed by a sleepover until 8.30 am four days a week.  3 days a week would be 7am-10pm followed by a sleepover.

Although it is not an essential criteria, a driving licence would be desirable for this post.
