It would be beneficial if the candidate is strong enough physically to feel comfortable with the gentleman support. He likes a daily cleaning routine, going for drives in his own car, walks, cinema, swims, pubs, meals out, drawing and writing. He is very affectionate and happy in general, requiring close support and guidance with eating, bathing, medication, and daily activities. While this person is prone to anxiety, he benefits from calm and clear instructions from staff. Collecting and writing papers give this man a sense of control and ownership and staff are expected to help him manage these tendencies. You will be expected to work and collaborate as a team member, be a good team player and contribute to the team’s support effort.
