About the Role

Totally Urgent Care Division is a leading provider of national urgent care and out of hospital services following the integration of Vocare and Greenbrook. We have an exciting opportunity for Despatchers to join our National Clinical Assessment Service (NCAS Team), based at our site in Stoke-on-Trent on a full-time basis and part time basis.

Your Day to Day

As a Despatcher you will work with a team of clinical and operational colleagues, this role supports the flow of patients through the National Clinical Assessment Service ensuring patients receive care in appropriate timeframes.

Qualification, Experience & Training

  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification and/or have significant relevant work experience including, experience of supporting and resolving staff queries and a flexible working approach will be essential for success in this role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills ideally telephone experience
  • Thrives under pressure
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy
