Totally plc Urgent Care Division - North has an exciting new opportunity for Receptionists to join their Operations Team within Hexham UCC, Northumberland. This is an opportunity to provide a positive, friendly and safe environment for our visiting patients.

We are looking for Receptionists to project a positive and friendly image to our patients and other professionals who may contact us either in person or by telephone. You will work with GPs and other colleagues to ensure appointments, bookings and visits are handled consistently and efficiently. Customer service skills are a prerequisite to this role. You will be responsible for maintaining GP appointments, updating medical records and be the first point of contact between patients and medical staff. Administrative and stock taking tasks on behalf of the clinicians will also be required.

Successful candidates will be professional in approach, have excellent customer service skills and a desire to deliver quality. Our ideal candidate will be computer literate; have proven relevant work experience and the ability to demonstrate patient confidentiality. Candidates must be flexible to work on evenings and weekends in their rota pattern as described above.
