The newly formed Totally Urgent Care Division, following the integration of Vocare and Greenbrook is a leading provider of national urgent care services.

We are looking to appoint a strong experienced leader to undertake the overall responsibility for all training within our 111 personnel to ensure competency within the NHS 111 teams. Managing all NHS Pathways course planning, administration, and implementation, linking trainers into set course requirements as required throughout the year. Leading the team of trainers will also be a key role requirement.

Our services work at the interface of primary care and emergency care, providing clinical interventions to ensure that patients are treated in the right place for their needs, and deflecting unwarranted activity away from busy A&E Departments.

The Urgent Care Division successfully deliver 111, Clinical Assessment Services (CAS), GP Out of Hours (GPOOH), and Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC) across a national footprint. This critical appointment comes at a high-profile time for NHS 111 and urgent care delivery and an exciting time for us, as Greenbrook Healthcare and Vocare are joining together to form the Urgent Care Division of Totally.

This new role will be pivotal in delivering and influencing our aspirations as an organisation and realising the ambitions of local health and care systems across the country through great delivery. We pride ourselves on great patient outcomes and we want the post holder to work in tandem with clinical leaders and an engaged and thriving workforce to take us to the next level of operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within operational management, an 111 trainer and used to leading teams and coordinating training and assessment packages, ideally within an urgent care/ healthcare setting. If you have an excellent track record of leading a multi-disciplinary workforce and expert levels of knowledge of contact centre metrics and resource planning methods it would be great to hear from you.
