The purpose of this post is to manage the performance of clinical support workforce, provide clinical supervision and develop the team.
Some of the key responsibilities within this role will include maintaining clinical skills and knowledge through the provision of care to patients utilising urgent care services, undertaking consultations with adult and pediatric patients as an autonomous practitioner and making direct referrals to primary, secondary, and social services within locally agreed pathway, guidance, and protocols.
