Totally Healthcare addresses the increased demand on healthcare services by delivering high-quality Insourcing healthcare across the UK and Ireland.

Totally Healthcare, a subsidiary of Totally plc is currently recruiting for a Account Manager based in Derby on a full-time fixed term basis (6 months) to support their insourcing service.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and manage the Totally Healthcare account relationship with our healthcare client across the UK and Republic of Ireland (RoI). The role supports the COO to ensure that  a detailed account plans for each of  our healthcare clients is produced, agreed, delivered and continually reviewed to ensure high levels of commercial delivery, client satisfaction and that strong partnership relationships are in place with all stakeholders across these organisations.

The role is required to manage defined stakeholder relationships, including the co-ordination of engagements between senior managers in Totally Healthcare and their counterparts across our clients, ensuring strong alignment and understanding of client’s strategy and how Totally Healthcare can supports its delivery through new service contracts.

This role is UK and Ireland wide with regular travel required for internal, client or supplier meetings. The majority of this work will happen Monday to Friday, but this business operates 7 days per week and therefore a flexible approach is required.

The successful candidate will have experience of using project management methodologies like PRINCE 2, with a good understanding of the complexities involved as well as strong management skills, with a proven record of motivating staff. Excellent service planning, communication and IT skills are essential.
