The newly formed Totally Urgent Care Division, is a leading provider of national urgent care and out of hospital services following the merger of Vocare and Greenbrook.

We are looking to appoint a number of strong Clinical Team Managers to provide professional leadership to all clinicians within the 111 services. You would join our growing team at a truly exciting time with expanding services and a new fit for purpose structure.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a desire to improve clinical outcomes, quality and patient experience with a strong ability to engage with all partners within the health economy. This role requires an ability to work within highly regulated environments, delivering against multiple quality standards and performance targets, whilst maintaining the support and engagement of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT). Successful candidates will work one day a week online to maintain their NHS 111 Pathways licence and clinical acumen, this will be a determined in line with shift fill requirements (weekends, bank holidays and occasional nights).

The successful candidate must have evidence of clinical leadership within the NHS 111 setting and be able to take on a quality improvement portfolio, as well as leadership and management.
